Job Description:

  • Generate and follow up business leads, develop clientele & intelligent business proposals
  • Identify & develop relations with potential clients, and
  • Able to understand client’s requirement, drafting project estimation and proposals in consultation with the technical team.
  • Plan approaches and pitches – Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Responsible for handling web design and development leads generated through website and converting them into sales also selling web development services to the UK and Clients.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Must have experience working on bidding portals
  • Email marketing, cold calling, making presentation to the clients.
  • Act as a coordinator between client and the operational teams.
  • Generating business for the company by exploiting new sources & strategies
  • Provide potential clients with the proposal and budget.
  • Basic technical knowledge of Web development and mobile apps.

Other Skills & Qualification:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience required
  • Excellent Public speaking skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Networking and persuasion skills
  • Target oriented
  • MBA in Marketing is preferable.
