Balancing The Balloon @ Techno Infonet

Success is hard to achieve. Well, success simply doesn’t only involve monotonous hard work and ignore the rest of your life. You need to keep a balance between your work life and a life outside of work. Thus with creating and developing such a balance, you are able to win this world!

Well, here at Techno Infonet, we do understand and implement the concept of balance. Every second and fourth Saturday’s, we make it a point to have fun, eat, drink, and play. This helps our colleagues to maintain a balance between their work life and personal life.

Our HR, made us play such a game called “Balancing the Balloon” which made us realize the importance of how and why to have a co-ordination in every step we take. Well, the game goes somehow like this… we have a starting point A and B. There are 2 people facing their back and have to go from A to B, by balancing the balloon. If the balloon fell on the ground, you’ll have to start it again.
Well, you may think that it’s so easy! But it’s not that simple. You need to have co-ordination with your partner, understanding, and also speed with which you go from A to B. The Technorians, did it quite well with the balloons.

In the end, we had fun, selfied the moments, and understood the true meaning of “balance”. Now, how about you?
