Independence Day Celebration

” Sare jahan se accha hindostan hamara, Hum bulbulain hai iss ki yeh gulsitan hamara…”

The whole nation is celebrating its 70th Independence Day. On this day we remember our martyrs, important people who laid down their lives, and people who gave their valuable contribution for Freedom from the British Rule. Across the country, we see people celebrating Independence Day in a unique way where the historic moment: Flag Hoisting and singing of the National Anthem are a must part of the celebration. For every Indian, this day is of great significance which reminds about unity in diversity of our country. Well, it’s a realm where we find varied culture, caste, language, and religion celebrating this one day unitedly.

Unlike, all other festivals, Techno Infonet celebrates 15th August in a different way. To give the celebration a great touch, our Office Manager comes up with unique ideas. To add colors to the celebration, we had Indian Traditional theme – boys in Kurta – Pyjama and girls came in a dress for this day. Sharp at 11:00 AM we sang National Anthem as a tribute to our National Flag. We then had a lunch party organized during the Lunch break, where all of us enjoyed the delicious, yummy packed lunch from Havmor.

Later, in the evening, we also had Birthday Celebration of Bhavik, Samir, and Darshan. The birthday boys cut the delicious Black Forest cake along with the melody of the Birthday song sung by us. We all pen down our prayers and well wishes in a beautiful card, which became a lifetime remembrance for them.

We all enjoyed this great day and had fun!
