Job Description:
  • Assisting to PM/ Director for day to day operation
  • Preparing Daily meeting schedule & appointment chart
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are properly filed and stored
  • Manage project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails  
  • Follow up with team & external 
  • Participate in project design meetings   
  • Compiles  project  status reports, coordinates  project  schedules
  • Coordination with Team lead to ensures company resources are utilized appropriately
  • Communicate with clients
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent in verbal & written  English communication
  • Should good  in reasoning and in logical understanding                                                                               
  • Presentable & pleasant personality                                                                                                      
  • Technical knowledge of Web, Mobile  & SEO platforms
  • Good in MS office
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethics.
  • Constantly updating knowledge and skills by referring to the resources / online materials and accessing new applications.
  • Full of new learning hunger
