- Employee of The Month
“Being told you’re appreciated is one of the simplest and most uplifting things you can hear”
Who in this world doesn’t want to be appreciated or acknowledged? It is the heart’s desire of every individual to get appreciation or a word of mouth or sometimes more than that. It’s a human tendency, that one feels overwhelmed and a nostalgia of being on cloud nine! So, the journey towards cloud nine is never easy but it is achievable. No doubt, it’s a one man army show, but a strong will and determination will lead towards success.
Well, here at Techno Infonet, we have made the road towards cloud nine very simple for our employees. It is truly said that “Appreciation is better showed than told”. So, we just don’t say it, we show it by awarding The Employee of The Month to our employees depending upon various factors.
David Bly says “Striving for success without hard work is like trying to harvest where you haven’t planted”. Now just read the quote once again. “Striving for success with hard work is like trying to harvest where you have already planted”. This is a perfect definition for a successful person. Well, one of our employees, Nilesh Parmar, is like that planted harvest which bare fruits for Techno Infonet. This is all done through years of hard work and success.
I think you have guessed me right. He is the Employee of the Month for the month of April. He belongs to the Accounts and Admin Department. He’s been great with his team working and time management skills. His all tasks are up to the mark and finished on time with quality. His problem-solving abilities helped the company and his colleagues as well. He has performed well and has taken some good initiatives that has helped the company . We saw him very co-operative with his subordinates and superiors and positive in every work that he did.
He has received a Diligent Performer Certificate along with a Dinner Voucher of Patang Hotel and many other benefits from the company. We congratulate him for the award and best wishes to keep on performing the same.
“Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary – Margaret Cousins”
