This is a quite common query that many of us have when we hear our superiors and elders advise us to celebrate the smaller successes. The main problem with bigger victories and achieving major milestones is that they are fairly rare and the time gap between a victory and its successive one is huge. We can’t risk losing our motivation required to fuel the energy required for achieving the bigger success along the way. Hence celebrating small successes is crucial to achieving the bigger ones.

The EOM program was started at Techno Infonet in order to bring this culture of celebration into the organization. Bhargav Upadhyay, the EOM for the month of March 2021, chose to celebrate his achievements with his family at the Shaahana Restaurant located in the Gota area of Ahmedabad city. Bhargav and his family heartily devoured many dishes from multiple cuisines along with the Punjabi dishes that the restaurant is known for.
