For the month of March 2018, the Employee of the Month was awarded to Nikita Roy our “HR Manager”, from the HR Department. Throughout the month, she was regular and punctual. She has shown courage and dedication in all of her tasks and has taken some really good initiatives for the betterment of the company. Her initiatives have been fruitful and also brought goodwill to the company. The key factor that the management saw in her were completing assigned tasks correctly, positive attitude, working towards fulfilling the goals of the company with team handling skill and problem-solving abilities. In short, she was a pillar to the company and a bridge between the employee and the employer. This is why she has been a deserving candidate for the award.
