Employee of the Month – March 2021

Feeling gratitude and not expressing it, is like wrapping a present and not giving it.

A survey released in 2015 by the Boston Consulting Group polled more than 200,000 employees around the world to create a definitive list of the top 10 factors for on-the-job happiness and ‘Appreciation for work done’ ranked first in the list. Techno Infonet has been giving out rewards and recognitions every month to the extraordinary performers in the team and this activity has been a huge success for the past 8 years.

The EOM award for the month of March 2021 was awarded to Bhargav Upadhyay, the PHP team lead at Techno Infonet. For the past 2 years Bhargav has been working at Techno Infonet and has been consistently contributing his expertise towards helping his team in accomplishing complex projects and delivering them to the clients on time. He has proved on many occasions that he’s ready to go to any extent in order to ensure the complete satisfaction of the clients at Techno Infonet. He spends countless hours on researching new technologies and ways to improve his performance and the development processes at Techno Infonet. The suggestions provided by him in this regard during the month of March had resulted in significant improvement in the overall development strategies at Techno Infonet and this is what made him worthy for this award.
