A lot of people failed at what you accomplished, simply because they were busy finding problems while you were busy finding solutions. To achieve and to reach success, a person needs to find the solution, not the problem. With hard work and struggle, anyone can reach heights of success. Also, they should have the ability to overcome hardships and struggles with full energy, a strong willpower, and an undeterred determination. Obstacles do come in our path, but we should always be motivated to face them in order to achieve our goals.
Here at Techno Infonet, we have provided a simple “Motivation” for all of our employees. The motivation is the Employee Of The Month, which we award to our employees every month depending on various factors. And thus, by receiving this award we aim to provide motivation and strength to grow more for the rest of the days.
For the month of November '17, the Employee of the Month was awarded to Bhushan Parikh "SEO Manager", from the SEO Department. Throughout the month, he was regular and punctual. He has shown courage and dedication in all of his tasks and has also taken some good initiatives for the betterment of the company. His initiatives have been fruitful and brought goodwill to the company in the SEO part. The key factor that the management saw in him were: the timely completion of assigned tasks, working with a positive attitude, working to achieve team goals, that showcased his team handling as well as the problem- solving abilities. In short, he was a full powerhouse and a deserving candidate for the award.
He received a 'Diligent Performer' Certificate along with a Dinner Voucher of Patang Hotel and many other benefits from the company. We congratulate him for the award and extend our best wishes to keep on performing the same.
