We as a human always have a desire that we receive a reward or a word of mouth from our colleagues or from our superiors for the efforts and the hard work that we put in. Then how about the company keeping a note of your hard work and acknowledging it.

We started with an initiative called “Employees of the Month” from April 2016. We at Techno always recognize the individuals who go above and beyond whenever required. In order to recognize the efforts put in by its employees, Techno would be awarding the employee of the month awards to 2 individuals every month.
