Supporting our customers during COVID-19

In light of the ongoing situation relating to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), I wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking to ensure we can continue to support all of our customers and employee during this time.

Our focus remains the well-being of our employees and from the experience of other countries, this is likely to mean that over the coming weeks we have to reduce the number of colleagues in our office and work flexible hours to help with the national effort to slow the spread of the virus. As a result, you may experience some delay in our service response time.

New project delivery deadline may not be meet, however we try our best to support the ongoing projects and also to any customers who require the immediate support.
