A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work. – Colin Powell”
There is no magic in the world which makes our dream come true. Now, that doesn’t mean we stop dreaming and have no expectations in life. The point is, to make your dream come true; you need patience, hard work, zeal, and determination that takes you a long way. I am reminded of a quote once said by Swami Vivekananda, “You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul.” So, you are the only teacher to yourself, running, teaching, and learning the lives race. Thus, walking alone is never easy.
But Techno Infonet has made the path of its employees much easy. In their journey towards success, we become a source of encouragement and motivation to our employees. Stephan Speaks says “If you truly appreciate someone, don’t just say it, Show it”. So, we don’t just simply say it, we show it by awarding The Employee of the Month, to 2 employees; one from Technical Department and one from Marketing Department, depending upon various factors.
For the month of January, the award was given to Snevy Christian from the Marketing Department. She throughout the month has shown her excellent Marketing Skills by various marketing models like Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing. And above all, was successful in getting the business to the company. She actively participated in all the training and miscellaneous activities carried out by the company. She believed in working with the team and come out with some extraordinary outputs. Her cooperative nature with all of the employees and accuracy in all of her works was appreciated.
She received a Diligent Performer Certificate along with a Dinner Voucher of Patang Hotel and many other benefits from the company. We congratulate her for the award and best wishes to keep on performing the same.
The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.”
