As per survey, 88% of companies have staff recognition program. By such programs, companies promote their values, mission and beliefs.
Our business is so much more than just an IT service. We clearly help to engage and improve our employees at all levels. Awarding “Employee of the month (EOM)” is also part of this process. We believe giving EOM creates strong employee engagement.
In September 2020, “Surprise EOM” was held at Techno Infonet. Chirag Vagadiaya from Design Team and Hirak Sheth from Development Team were awarded with “Employee of the month — September 2020” certificates and financial reward as both went extra mile to serve client.
