Birthdays become an opportunity to team-build, have fun and plan an interactive event for employees, at Techno. We Technorians never miss a chance to sing a birthday song for our colleagues because our HR understands that an employer can make a big a huge difference with a more planned approach to employee birthdays.
Every employee is given a CELEBRITY FEEL on their special day – Birthday according to the Bible of Techno Infonet. Technorians without fail follows the custom of presenting a birthday card along with a cake cutting ceremony.
However, this time the birthday celebration was a bit out of the ordinary as it was of none other than our energetic support boy – “Chandrakant alias Chandu”. To make his birthday even more memorable, with the consent of the entire team, we contributed and bought a fabulous T-shirt as a gift. This evidently proved that we are a type of group that delivers more positive contributions than negative chaos.
The other two adorable employees’ whose birthday was in the same month are – our effervescent HR Manager – Jyoti Dhanwani and canny developer – Nirav Thakkar. For them also the birthday song was sung, a beautiful card was presented and had a cake cutting ceremony was held. Our HR Manager “Jyoti Dhanwani” gave us all a lip-smacking treat as a gesture of gratitude, what else can we ask for. It was once again an unforgettable month of the birthday bash, which will never fade from our heart and mind.
Truly the best thing about birthday celebration is to make not to be forgotten memories!
