The Employee of the Year Award 2021-2022

While we are familiar with the ‘Employee Of The Month’ award tradition, the epic ‘Employee Of The Year’ award was introduced this July. This award recognizes that one ideal employee, who has exhibited sheer dedication and commitment to the company during the period of one year. Certainly, it is the topmost reward any employee can receive from the company.

After many speculations, 3 names were nominated for this prestigious award. Mr. Anil Prajapati was chosen as the winner of gratifying ‘Employee Of The Year’ title from these names. He has been working as the ‘Operations and Account Manager’ with Techno Infonet for the last 4 years. His loyalty toward the company is exceptional. Mr. Anil is the cornerstone of the robust stature of the company. He always goes the extra mile to help other staff members during the most difficult times.

 After receiving the award, Mr. Anil Prajapati said, “It is the most joyful feeling to be recognized for such a huge honour. Techno Infonet has always recognized my efforts and dedication to my job. Mr. Anil was provided with a certificate along with a reward amount for winning the title. An employee of the year is no longer just a reward, it has become an enchanting journey of growth and maximizing one’s capabilities.
