Employee of the Month – October 2017

The road to success comes through hard work, determination, and sacrifice.To achieve and to reach such heights, a person needs to find a way and not an excuse. With hard work and struggle, followed by a bountiful of energy, willpower and determination any person can reach heights of success. Moreover, one should never limit the challenges that comes in our way.

At Techno Infonet, we provide a simple “Motivation” to all of our employees. The motivation is the Employee Of The Month Award, which we give to the most deserving employee every month dependingon various factors. And thus, by giving this award we aim to provide motivation and strength to grow more for the rest of the days.

For the month of October ’17, the Employee of the Month was awarded to Samir Patel “Project Manager”, from the Technical Department. Throughout the month, he was regular and punctual. He has shown courage and dedication in all of his tasks and has taken some good initiatives for the betterment of the company. His initiatives have been fruitful and brought goodwill to the company. The key factors that the
management saw in him were his time management, team handling skills and problem-solving abilities. In short, he was a powerhouse and a deserving candidate for the award.

He received a Diligent Performer Certificate along with a Dinner Voucher of Patang Hotel and many other benefits from the company. We congratulate him for the award and extend our best wishes to keep on performing the same.
